An element to health that is often overlooked as a leading cause to the breakdown of wellbeing is what we put in our mouths each day, and also what we don’t. At a biological level it becomes apparent that much of the food we consume is not entirely digested, and this may be driven by inadequate chewing, consistent overeating, consuming too much meat, bread, milk and other problematic foods, wrong combinations, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, innate inherited weaknesses and quite often emotional problems.

Resveratrol is a word you are probably starting to hear quite a bit. And rightfully so, as it is the leading product in a study on the fight against aging. People are comparing resveratrol to a fountain of youth, ultimately having the potential to extend your life by thirty years.
Resveratrol is actually found in a few different foods, but most specifically, the skins of grapes. The more pigment that the grape contains, the higher potency and concentration of the resveratrol in it. Red wine is the highest concentrated drink containing the supplement.
