Did you know that brushing your teeth isn’t just about getting rid of the garlic breath and coffee stains? Good oral health is actually directly linked to good health overall. Keep your mouth and your body happy with a good oral hygiene routine.

The issue of a deficiency of B12 is uncommon these days in the USA, as this problem is mainly a result of malnutrition. Nonetheless, this is a condition that can also appear as the result of a poor absorption by our body. It is important that we learn about the common vitamin B12 deficiency treatments and how to avoid it.
For mild cases of B12 deficiency, it is always recommended the use of over the counter vitamin supplements. These supplements are easily found in drugstores and come mostly in the form of pills.
