Alcohol really affects the muscle growth process and in the next few lines I am going to tell you why.
Another thing that will frustrate your efforts to build muscle is consuming too much alcohol. People underestimate the affects of alcohol and the way this drug changes their lives.
It negatively affects protein synthesis. Protein is made by the joining of amino acids to form complete proteins. The problem becomes obvious when you realize that your muscles, which are composed of mostly protein, work less when alcohol is consumed in large amounts.
Alcohol reduces the amount of testosterone in the body and raises the body’s estrogen level. Testosterone is the most important muscle-building hormone in your body. However much a person lifts weights, their testosterone levels limit their peak muscle mass. Higher free testosterone levels will help you burn fat and build huge muscles.

Mainstream brand cosmetics have suspect, or even dangerous ingredients. Are there safe cosmetics?
It’s unfortunate but the FDA doesn’t test the ingredients going into cosmetics and doesn’t have to satisfy itself that they are safe for us to use. Or safe for human consumption.
Human consumption? Isn’t that a little silly, we don’t eat our cosmetics.
Well actually, in effect, we do. You see when you put a product like a moisturizer or blush or whatever product it may be onto our face a little of it soaks in and that little bit gets into your bloodstream exactly as if you had eaten it.
Some of the ingredients, including potentially dangerous ingredients, have found their way into your system.

In 1980, I was born with no arms and shortened legs. Many find it easy to believe that my life would have been thrown away in a third world country. There are nations on this planet that believe that my lack of arms is reason enough to kill me at birth.
In the United States, though, we are above such practices, right? No one is murdered through abortion just for looking different or for having a body that is differently formed. I would love for that to be true, but I know from my own history that it simply is not.
