Dental practitioners remind us to regularly brush and floss our teeth. Brushing and flossing are helpful in keeping our teeth and gums healthy and also in building up our self-discipline. Still, brushing and flossing alone do not promise that dental problems will not occur as time passes. There are various elements that come into play why we still acquire tooth problems even if we brush and floss regularly. The volume of saliva in our mouth, chemical changes in our body, and our diet can also impact the overall health of our teeth.
We must do other things aside from brushing and flossing in order to keep our dental health.

In dentistry terminology, a bite is how the bottom and top rows of teeth are aligned over each other when the mouth is closed. Bite irregularity is one of the most popular reasons that people seek out the services of dentists. Bite irregularity does not look good. It can also cause gum and teeth problems, and also produce problems in the way an individual chews or speaks.
