Telling someone that you have cancer is a very difficult thing to do. Many people are shocked and find it difficult to know what to say. Give them time and whatever you do, don’t feel guilty for how they feel about it. Accept that some friends may find it so difficult to deal with that they may begin avoid you. This is their problem and not yours. Don’t waste time worrying over their friendship because the people who do stick around are your true friends. If it’s easier then ask a close friend or family member to let everyone else know. They can also act as an information point because people will want to know how you are at various stages of your treatment.

A paleo diet is one that has become the new way to lose weight. Become slim and trim by eating what people ate way back before the in Paleolithic times. The main foods are eaten in their primitive form such as fresh fruits, vegetables, lean meats and seafood. These foods have been proven to be high in fiber, nutrients such as vitamins, antioxidants and omega-3. Use your imagination and Paleo recipes will be abundant.
The Paleo way is not rocket science. It is not hard. A rule of thumb is if the food was made by man due to a result of animal husbandry or agriculture then it is out. No potatoes, grains, dairy, beans, processed foods or sugars. Basically it is the time honored healthy way of eating. Add lots of fruits and vegetables and a little bit of protein.
