In this article I am going to break down some of the best restaurants on the Lower East Side of New York City. For the sake of this article, we will consider the lower east side anything south of Houston street, north of canal street, and east of bowery to the east river.
The Lower East Side is one of the most culturally important areas in New York City. The area used to be a home to the majority of Jewish immigrants coming over from Europe and elsewhere. While the neighborhood has changed, some of the original establishments still remain.
What once was home to dive bars and home-style Jewish cuisine is now populated by lounges with long lines and bouncer, and cash-only restaurants that won’t even take your reservations However, certain parts of the area still stay true to the roots of old.

E cigarettes have been getting a lot of attention. There are numerous reviews, both positive and negative, on blogs and talk shows as well as on video blogs by actual and hired reviewers. Preliminary reports state that 70% of smokers who are using the e cigarette are completely replacing tobacco.
There are several things the e cigarette does to help people can not quit or do not wish to quit smoking that is not available in many of the traditional methods. This is good news for those who need to satisfy the nicotine craving along with the oral and hand fixations. It effectively mimics smoking with heated and vaporized nicotine that looks like smoke. This vapor contains only nicotine so there is nothing burned that would create tar and carcinogens like the traditional cigarette.
