There are many other stop smoking herbs available in the market. Some may not make you quit smoking but are useful in the withdrawal symptoms. Mimosa is another stop smoking herb that can help with headaches, nervousness and depression.

Smoking is a physical thing as well as an emotional thing because any smoker will attest. Most of the stop smoking herbs will help not just your body but also your habits as well like Indian Tobacco.

    That's easy try asking him about it then explaining how wrong it is and what can happen if he continues. Then since he already did it go for the spanking with a belt. Try to not leave a bruise that would be abuse unless if it's a small almost unnoticeable bruise that would be fine. Try going to websites explaining more about spanking and what are some things you can use.

    efficiently? are you talking about our government? Name me one thing they do efficiently.

    I do not understand why anyone would want to do that to the worlds greatest health care system. Many people in countries that have universal health care come to this country to get good health care.

    Look at private sector housing verses government housing, private schools verses public schools. They want to do the same thing with health care. I can not understand why anyone would want that.
