It’s not at all amusing to sleep in the same room with somebody who snores. So imagine if your husband or wife does. I bet it’s never a pleasant sleeping night every night. It is not the same for the one who snores because he or she is sleeping while the snoring happens, he or she won’t even notice.
Snoring may be hilarious in TV sitcoms and in jokes but in real life, it is a truly serious topic. It puts strain to relationships. You’re very lucky if you have a roommate who can sleep through heavy noises at night. But if that’s not the case, then your spouse probably doesn’t enjoy the lovely days ahead after having restless nights.

Glue ear is a condition wherein fluid accumulates in the middle ear, just behind the eardrum. It is the most common cause of partial deafness in children. Approximately one in four children get affected by glue ear at one point of their childhood. It is more common in boys, being the most affected between ages two to five. Even so, there are still risks it can happen as they grow older, including adulthood.
Unfortunately, glue ear is sometimes overlooked. There are some warnings though, such as having a stuffy feeling in the ears, and temporary hearing loss.
Glue ear is very common though. One episode predicts another. It has been known that children who have had one episode of glue ear are more likely to have recurrent episodes.

Most people with allergies consider them an irritant. They make the body feel bad. But allergies can also cause permanent damage to the body and can affect your outlook on life. Dr. Anju Mathur who founded and operates the Angel Longevity Medical Center in Los Angeles, has found some solutions and explains what can be done about allergies.
Food allergies can make you grouchy for sure, because the allergic process in the body basically works havoc inside. It is like putting the immune system of the body on guard.
Because the immune system is always on alert, the body cannot relax. A person can feel grouchier and grouchier. Eventually a body consumes all the fuel used to run the immune system and adrenal fatigue occurs - the adrenal glands just don’t work anymore.

Although coughing sometimes reminds people of dogs barking, there isn’t anything captivating about it. It just doesn’t hold the same appeal. On the contrary, coughing turns off people around you. No one wants to be with an ill individual.
You might think that that’s an overstatement. But consider it this way: coughs are full of virus. Whatever you cough is released into the air, which the people around you breathe. It’s not unthinkable that they will get whatever malady you have. A simple cough is bad enough as it is, what if you have something much worse like SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome)? They never know for sure so it’s better to stay away from you than be sorry in the end.

If you have any kind of air purification system installed in your house or office, you will need to replace the air filters at some time or another. I am not only talking about dedicated apparatus that only purifies the air here, but also air conditioning units like you would find at home, in the office or even in the car. The theory is the same for all.
So, you may be operating an air purifier without even realizing it, but in that case, especially if it is an older one, it could be doing you more harm than good. This is because a dirty filter will be blowing unpurified air into the room at best, but in the worst case scenario, it might even be blowing contaminated air at you. Modern air filters do not only stop flies or even pollen from getting into the set-up through the air intake, they go as far as trying to block common germs too.

There are more then ten million Americans who have an allergy to pollen alone, this is about one in every five people in the United States. Suffers of allergies have a disorder of their immune system and that is what causes the symptoms. Many people are allergic to dust, pollen , nuts, and bumble bees and they are so sensitive to these allergies that the allergy could become life threatening and turn into an anaphlyactic reaction if it doesn’t get treated immediately.
There are less allergens that are found in the air of hoter dryer climates, and in humid and cooler climates there are considerably more allergens. In the spring and early summer is another time that there are a lot of allergens in the air this is because the plants and the trees are budding and this helps out the pollen.
