Someone asked me recently about depression treatment. He purchased the High Blood Pressure Program and jokingly asked if he could be depressed from it.
Many researcher say there is link between two. Hypertension leading to depression as well as depression leading to high blood pressure.
Research shows that people who suffer long term depression are two to three times as likely to also develop hypertension. First, we’ll look at depression as the initial problem.
It is also important to note that many times a person experiencing depression may also be more likely to have poor eating habits, smoke and or drink. Those things can contribute to the high blood pressure. In addition, those suffering from depression tend not to stay on top of the monitoring and/or treatment of high blood pressure.

Someone asked me recently about depression treatment. He purchased the High Blood Pressure Program and jokingly asked if he could be depressed from it.
Research does reflect a link between the two. Both ideas have been studied; hypertension leading to depression as well as depression leading to high blood pressure.
It has been proven that people suffering from depression are three times more likely to to develop hypertension than those who don’t suffer depression.
Also worth noting is that it is thought that people suffering from depression are more likely to engage in other contributors such as smoking, drinking and over eating. People suffering from depression are also less likely consistently treat hypertension.

The Atkins Grapefruit diet is a diet plan, not endorsed by the firm of Dr. Atkins, that plays on the fame of the grapefruit diet and the Atkins diet name. A closer inspection of this diet shows that it may not be all it purports to be.
Firstly, it’s pretty hard to find information on the Atkins grapefruit diet plan. Smart people know that when someone is perpetrating a deception, or a con, they will often gloss over facts. This is exactly what the Atkins grapefruit diet seems to do: it tries to persuade people to associate it with two purportedly effective diets.

High Blood pressure or Hypertension is now the number one disease of today’s society. Healthy males generally have a reading of around 120/80 while females range in a number slightly lower.
Hypertension occurs when too much energy is being exerted by the heart in order to pump blood through the arteries. Typically, a reading of 140/90 will be considered suspicious by a physician. Any reading higher than that is considered clinical hypertension. The top number or systolic pressure is described as the amount of pressure in the arteries when the heart is in the middle of a contraction. The bottom number or diastolic pressure is described as the amount of pressure in the arteries when the heart is at rest.

Hypertension has been described as the ’silent killer’ by many as there is often no warning that you even have it. But before addressing the possible natural remedies for high blood pressure, it may be first wise to say what normal blood pressure is. There is some variation between individuals as to normal blood pressure and one needs to seek medical help to ascertain whether your blood pressure is naturally high or low, but as a rule-of-thumb, for an otherwise healthy adult the target blood pressure is 115/75 although this figure may differ slightly between health departments in different countries.
