There are natural treatments for constipation that are easily available at home or can be bought at the grocery store. There are certain ingredients that are recommended natural treatments for constipation like, flaxseed, buckthorn, rhubarb, aloe or senna, but many times, the best treatment for constipation is a change in diet and drinking plenty of water. A diet with high amounts of insoluble fiber will keep the intestinal system cleaner and make stools easier to pass. Drinking plenty of water keeps the stools moister, which also makes them easier to pass.
You can increase your insoluble fiber intake by eating raw fruits and vegetables-like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, and celery-and whole grain breads, brown rice, and wheat bran. This fiber passes through the intestinal system pretty much unchanged and cleans out the intestines. While you could cook vegetables and fruits if you wanted, eating them raw is better for maximum nutrients and fiber and to help avoid future constipation.

Varicose Veins and a prolapsed hemorrhoid are very common in nature with one difference. Varicose veins are located in the legs while hemorrhoids are found in the rectal area. Hemorrhoids are the veins when the become swollen.
The veins in the rectal area have a elasticity and have thin walls. The bowels have the ability to expand and contract to account for the passing of bodily wastes. The blood vessels in the area are similar and are flexible also.
You cannot find any other veins in the body that have the elasticity as the ones in the rectal area do. The problems arise when the veins in the anal area get engorged with blood and become distended and large.

I am here to tell you It’s Not Your Fault Your Diet Isn’t Working! Diet companies design their programs to only treat symptoms, not the underlying problems. You will NEVER reach your dieting goals permanently until you stop making the diet industry rich, and treat the problems directly!
If you haven’t heard of detoxification, it’s because the diet industry doesn’t want you to - the more people that know about this, the healthier they are, and the less money the industry makes! I am here to inform you of only some of the many colon cleanse benefits
Eliminate Toxins and Poisons From Your Body - This is the most talked about colon cleanse benefit. Maybe you think this sounds extreme, but listen to this: commonly, waste builds up in your colon/intestines that your body is unable to eliminate. Over time, toxins will form, eventually poisoning the entire body through the bloodstream.
