Getting Rid Of Body Acne

by Lucy Collins

Do you have body acne? Finding the right treatment to clear it up right away is easier than you think.

Contrary to what many people believe, acne is not only a facial problem. In fact, a vast number suffer from acne on other parts of their body which in most cases, has spread from their face. In reality, wherever you have pores, you can get acne and that means, you can get acne anywhere on your body. In the event that you are indeed suffering from some form of body acne, you need to find a suitable cure without delay.

Body acne treatment is a lot different than treatment of acne on the face. Luckily, most body acne can be covered up most of the time and skin on the body isn’t as sensitive as skin on the face, so you can try harsher treatments. Treatments might not be necessary, though - make sure there isn’t something in your life causing the acne like a fabric softener or deodorant.

Wearing a lot of tight clothing that is constricting to the skin can cause body acne in some cases, so rid yourself of clothing that can’t breathe properly. Wear clothes that are made of natural fibers as well, because they breathe the best and can keep your skin moist.

As most sufferers know, exercise is a great tool against your fight with acne but if you find you are having frequent outbreaks, it is more than likely due to the increased amount of sweat resulting from the exercise. To combat this, be sure to shower immediately after each exercise session as this will effectively prevent the sweat and body oil from going into your pores.

There are many ways to treat body acne, and one that is becoming more popular is the body acne spray. They can be extremely effective and are generally cheap. Talk to a doctor about which ones are the newest and most effective and which may work for you.

Try using a topical type treatment to clear your body acne. There is a wide variety of these treatments that have been made available to you, all you need to do. A topical treatment can come in the form of an ointment or an antibiotic that will help to clear up that body acne, and most of these are over-the-counter and can be found at your local drugstore.

I’m afraid to say, if you’re one of the unfortunate few which have not achieved satisfactory results from any of the preliminary measures I mentioned here then you should consider consulting a doctor or dermatologist. They can in turn give you an examination and then prescribe some form of stronger prescription medication.

Rest assured that while there may be times you doubt it, an effective treatment for your acne is available and it’s simply a matter of you finding the one which works best for you. Of course, prices can vary tremendously but be warned, more expensive does not always mean a treatment is more effective so be sure to test a few.

This is revolting. As an atheist I am shocked and offended that my right to express my lack of belief in all religions could be censored in order to protect the narrow delusional, hallucinatory craziness of "believers" of any "faith". Until our own US President shuts up about his "beliefs" and begins to leave "religion" out of our politics we are doomed. We are doomed to have manipulative politicians appealing to voters who believe in fantasies, untruths, lies and hallucinations. This Human Rights Council action is the natural result of intelligent and otherwise ethical politicians such as our own President manipulating emotion for their own personal/religious ambitions. I never want to be subjected to news about our leaders’ religious activities again. It is an offense and an insult to every American. LEAVE RELIGION OUT OF POLITICS. It is un-american to do anything else.

Old solutions, and they worked. Wash face, cleanse with Sea Breeze on a cotton ball, keep away from eyes!! Then apply a thin coat of Noxzema. Will make things better.
