Most of the women who are pregnant are worried about their change in appearance due to stretch marks. They are produced because of tearing of the deeper layer of skin called dermis where the superficial layer epidermis remains intact. They are influenced by the hormonal changes as well. But the good thing is that these marks are not harmful in any way and do not compromise any body function.

Stretch marks are usually produced on the skin due to pregnancy and then the subsequent childbirth. Women must take care of their diet during their pregnancy. Their diet should be rich in vitamin E. In fact, oat meal has been used by women for long time now for removing stretch marks.
