Natural Alternatives For Treatment Of Gingivitis Or Gum Disease

Everybody has a diversity of dental bacteria. Some posses more than others. Dental bacteria helps start the digestive process. However, overflow of bacteria is discovered to cause more than tooth decay, gingivitis and gum disease. - 2 parts white oak bark herb - powdered
- 1 part bark of myrrh gum - powder or granules
- 3/4 part Peppermint leaves changed into powder
- ” part anise herb - powder or seeds
- 1/8 part clove - powdered
When herbs and leaves aren’t in powder form, grind them in a coffee grinder. You can use this to make as much powder as you prefer.
Store the mixture in a small container. A tablespoon can be used as a measuring tool. For instance, 2 tablespoons white oak, 1 tablespoon myrrh gum, tablespoon peppermint leaves, and so on. The amount doesn’t have to be exact.
The way to apply it:
Use this powder once a week to regulate your dental bacteria. In case of gingivitis or gum disease, you may use this thrice a day. Apply some powder on your toothbrush before brushing your teeth and gums. Spit out the excess powder after brushing. You can keep the active herbs by not washing your mouth. Ingesting any of the powder is totally safe.
The powder combination can be bitter, yet quite powerful and effective. Adding more peppermint powder can help make the combination less bitter.
For worse cases of gingivitis or gum disease, make a paste with the powder and distilled water, then apply along the front and back areas of the teeth and gums. Let the paste stay in the mouth for as long as you can. Don’t be concerned about getting herbs in between teeth. It is effective. Several people have used this mixture for a month with good results and didn’t need dental gingivitis or gum disease treatment. As for severe gingivitis or gum disease, using this remedy along with dental consultation works the best.
