It’s important to make protein part of a serious muscle building program, since natural protein is the only way to rebuild muscle fibers that vigorous exercise breaks down.

While there aren’t any shortcuts to take, there are also a number of stumbling blocks. You will be satisfied with the results in the end because you got them naturally and refrained from putting chemicals in your body that can do a lot of damage.
