Well if drinking red wine gives me resveratrol, why shouldn’t I just drink a lot of it? Well, you would die before your body felt the maximum effects of resveratrol. The answer so far is in concentrated capsules and pills where you can get the maximum amount of it without the fatal amounts of alcohol.

Resveratrol in pills currently vary in dosages, so you need to look deeply into the product you are buying. You can easily find a site selling resveratrol, but you need to make sure there is no fluff in the bottle.
