Age spots are something that bedevil many women, and men, as they get older. They are mostly harmless, but are unsightly, so for many women finding out how to remove age spots is important.
Age spots can also be known as liver spots or sun spots or, technically, lentigines. They are visible on the surface of the skin because they are discolored, being a brownish or blackish color, or possibly red. They are called liver spots sometimes because it was suspected that they were related to problems with the liver.
This is now discredited though.
You shouldn’t confuse age spots with melanoma, or skin cancer, though they can look similar. Age spots are harmless but melanoma certainly isn’t, and if you have dark colored spots on your face or any other part of your body you ought to have them looked at by a doctor.

One’s age, lack of sleep, poor diet, busy lifestyle, and genetic predisposition, are common causes of panda eyes, or dark circles under the eyes. Because the skin under our eyes is thin, it is at a higher risk of damage from products such as makeup and harsh environmental substances. Fortunately, there are things that one can do to minimize panda eyes.
1. Implementing a healthy lifestyle is one way of minimizing panda eyes. Exercising regularly, drink lots of water (8 glasses a day), eating a healthy diet that includes fruit and vegetables, and getting 7 - 8 hours of sleep a night, will help improve the health of the skin and reduce panda eyes.

One of the most frequent musculoskeletal injuries is the rotator cuff injury. Sometimes this type of injury is not associated with symptoms, but usually it is quite painful. A rotator cuff tear or rotator cuff tendonitis can cause you to experience pain and weakness in the shoulder when using your arms. It can be especially painful to lift the arm higher than shoulder level. Luckily, there are a number of ways to treat rotator cuff injuries - both surgical and non-surgical. The type of injury you have, your condition, and your age will be determining factors in deciding which type of treatment is right in your situation.

When it comes to health and anti-aging, it is hard to find better guidance than that offered by Oprah Winfrey. Several months ago, Oprah invited Dr. Mehmet Oz, a doctor originally from Turkey who specializes in cardiac problems and is known as an expert concerning reducing the problems caused by growing older, to speak on her show. What Dr. Oz presented was resveratrol; a scientific breakthrough in the fight against aging with which we all are forced to struggle.
Toxin Eliminators
Antioxidants are naturally occurring substances that protect the body from oxidants-toxins that damage the tissues of the body, causing the visually evident wrinkles on the skin, as well as the less obvious damage to the body’s internal systems. Antioxidants help to defend the body, particularly its organs, brain cells, and the nervous system. Moreover, they help to remove the oxidants and even repair damage caused by the aging process.

Oxidants are toxins that attack the body’s organs. These toxins are responsible for wrinkles, organ damage, and can even produce cancer. Antioxidants, as the name suggests, are the archenemies of oxidants. They protect the body’s organs and cells, particularly its nervous system. Consequently, antioxidants at once destroy toxic oxidants and restore damaged tissue.

Crow’s feet, fine lines and wrinkles have plagued women throughout the years of humanity. And in as many ways as women have been plagued by the effects of aging, scientists, doctors and even spiritual leaders have been willing to relieve their pocketbooks of a few dollars in exchange for a magic serum that promised to restore youth and beauty.
Since the beginning of recorded history, herbs and other natural elements have been used to assist a woman in keeping her beauty long lasting. Cleopatra, a standing symbol of feminine superiority, used aloe and honey to accentuate her complexion. Cucumbers, ginger root, jojoba oil and rose water are among the thousands of natural remedies to these inevitable “flaws”. But how far do some women go?
