We all want to look younger in our elder years, but is there truly a safe and simple way of going about this? As we get older our body tends to lose its natural ability to keep feeling and looking young because of the lower of HGH (Human Growth Hormone) and also collagen. Medical science has demonstrated that by helping our body to generate both HGH and collagen, we can keep ourselves looking and feeling younger.
When our body does not produce enough HGH we can suffer with medical challenges such as growth problems and lower rates of cell reproduction. Nobody is the same, so different people will have different problems if they have a HGH deficiency. Other issues associated with this can include lower body mass and bone density that can lead to low stamina and strength loss. Even memory issues and depression are related to HGH deficiency in some people.

Here are a few tips about skin care for black man. Skin care is not just for the ladies. In today’s society it is just important for a man to take care of his skin. Women aren’t impressed with flawed complexions, and it doesn’t go over well in the professional world either. Skin care can be a burden, especially for black men.
Dark skin on African Americans is due to the increased amounts of melanin in the skin. The pigment creates a nice protection from the sunlight, but it doesn’t mean you’re invincible to skin cancer or aging. Both males and females need to take care of their skin, especially since there are issues that can surface. Skin wrinkles are formed due to a combination of factors. These include lack of skin hydration, exposure to sun for prolonged periods, wrongful lifestyle practices, sleep deprivation, emotional stress, smoking, compulsive eating etc. Skin wrinkles develop after a certain age, but you can prevent the onslaught of premature wrinkle formation if you are careful about drinking enough water and lead a healthy life. Using a good quality wrinkle cream in addition to these can definitely be of great effect.
Many types of wrinkle creams are available these days, but you have to examine the ingredients before buying to ensure that it suits you. A good quality wrinkle cream should have inbuilt antioxidants, sunscreen protection, defoliants and skin growth stimulants. However, some ingredients good for you may not suit another person. For example, retinol and tretinoin are good antioxidants but are totally unsuited for pregnant ladies. Likewise, defoliants like hydroxy acids remove dead skin and stimulate skin growth, but can increase the risk of sun damage.

The anti aging wrinkle cream market is a multi-billion dollar industry. Most of those billions of dollars do NOT go into the development of anti aging wrinkle cream - it goes towards…advertising. …so let’s say that you do have a great cream - is it enough to keep you from looking older? Hardly. Yes, it can definitely smooth out and prevent lines and wrinkles, but you’re going to need heavier artillery to win the fight against gravity. This brings us to…
