How are they losing the baby fat so fast? Well many women forget that these skinny girls of the silver screen have the help of professional trainers, chefs and nutritionists. You don’t need ten assistants to lose ten pounds because right here you can learn the tricks of the trade!

Movie moms are paid to train with professionals to get their pre-baby body back. However, the basics are the same for them and you - boost your metabolism! Most trainers will have their famous clientele mix up their cardio in fun and challenging ways. Some interval training with basic jogs piled with quick sprints will boost the metabolism and burn the baby fat.

Trainers also try and tone those arms and abs with resistance training. Dumbbells, rubber belts and exercise balls allow mommies to burn the baby fat faster. After you are done pumping the iron, your muscles have to repair thus using more energy throughout your day to rebuild and in turn to burn more calories for you.

The word on the “fitness” street is that resistance training is the training of choice for moms looking to losing the baby fat. This type of training works to strenghten your muscular system by working several muscle groups at a time. The more muscle groups you activate, the more calories you burn.

Too much of a good thing can harm you and the same applies to cardio. Losing the baby fat will require you to give your heart a good workout with some interval cardio workouts. These workouts are designed to elevate your hear rate and keep the muscles challenged by varying your exercise “intensity” from high to low. Doing interval cardio for 30 minutes will burn more calories for a longer duration than running at the same pace for an hour.

You don’t have to have hired help to keep up with well-planned meals. Eating gourmet won’t help you losing the baby fat; instead you should be scheduling six small meals a day. Nothing full of fat filled sauces either, just some healthy lean meats or crunchy salads. Go for the good proteins and whole grains or even fruit smoothies.

Losing the baby fat will be easier when you’ve planned out your favorite dishes. To save time try and cook a big batch of hearty soup at the beginning of the week and heat bowls up when you need a hot lunch. Buy groceries for a week full of planned meals so you never have to run to the store.

You don’t have to have buckets of bucks or a herd of paparazzi following you to lose the baby fat. Just planning out your week both with exercise and food will free up your time to spend with baby and family. Celebrity starlet success isn’t because of the green they spend but the green they eat.
