1-1-Have you started to become obsessed? If so then stop
Are you always thinking about getting pregnant and having a baby? Sex is obviously very important when trying to have a baby, but do you find yourself actually turning down plans in order to have sex with your lover because you want to get pregnant so bad? If you do then this is actually hurting your chances of having a baby. The reason is because this will cause you to get stressed out and the latest research has shown us that when a woman is stressed the body will not want to get pregnant so it wont. Just have fun with your life!
2-Make sure you exercise often and eat healthy
You need to make sure you are staying fit by exercising and taking proper care of yourself and your body. If you are not working out three to four times per week and taking multi vitamins then you need to start right now. All the women should be taking a multivitamin and folic acid to help their reproductive system. For men, it is important to take zinc and a multi vitamin to keep the sperm count hight.
3-Make sure you do not listen to the myths floating around
Right now I would like to debunk some of the myths that are out there right now when it comes to conceiving a baby. Have you ever been told you need to have sex in a certain position to increase the chances of getting pregnant? This is an extremely popular myth but the truth is once the sperm has entered into the vagina it does not matter what position you and your partner had intercourse in. Another myth that makes me laugh is the one that says you need to place your legs up against the wall after having sex. This doesn’t do a thing!
